Jayson Hart-Smith – Bass Technician
Jayson Hart-Smith is the Bass Technician for the Bushwackers Drum and Bugle Corps. His drum corps experience started in 2005 with the Bushwackers and continued through the 2010 season. He spent his first year in the Front Ensemble, playing Auxiliary Percussion, and moved on to bass drum for the remaining 5 seasons of his tenure.
Jayson has also been a performing member in other world class organizations. During the summer of 2011, Jayson had the privilege to march his age out with the Crossmen Drum and Bugle corps. He was also a member of United Percussion from 2010-2012 in the WGI circuit. Jayson currently teaches with Dallastown Area High School in south central Pennsylvania and is a full time student at York College of Pennsylvania.
